About Katrina Yokoyama 

Licensed Esthetician | Energy Healer | Educator | Founder of Trin Spa Skin & Wellness and Deva Moon Academy

Katrina Yokoyama has been a licensed esthetician since 2005, gaining extensive experience throughout the Fresno area and beyond. Over the years, she has expanded her knowledge by studying advanced skincare and holistic therapies from California to New York City, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and Japan. In 2013, she founded Trin Spa Skin & Wellness, a solo luxury skin boutique dedicated to skin health, energetic balance, and overall well-being.

Her expertise and dedication earned her two award-winning recognitions at The Skin Games (TSG), and in 2017 she was invited to become an educator for California Skincare Supply (CSS). By 2020, she advanced to the role of lead judge for TSG, further solidifying her influence in the industry. In 2024, she was once again invited to judge, and in 2025 she was hand-selected as one of the featured speakers for the inaugural Awaken Esthetics Retreat. There, she shared her groundbreaking perspective on the role of energy in the esthetician treatment room, teaching how subtle energy practices can elevate client results and deepen professional presence. This milestone also marked the launch of Deva Moon Academy, her newest educational platform designed to empower practitioners with advanced training in crystals, sound, chakra healing, and energetic integration.

A Journey into Energy Healing & Spiritual Growth

Katrina’s path has always been deeply connected to energy. Early in her career, she noticed a unique ability. She could feel the emotions and energy of her clients before they even walked through the door. This intuitive gift became stronger over time, but it also took a physical toll. Years of absorbing energy led to migraines, gut imbalances, and body pain, symptoms she had experienced since childhood.

Seeking relief, Katrina explored both Western and Eastern therapies, finding only temporary solutions. It was not until 2009, through a single sound therapy session, that she found profound healing. This experience ignited her spiritual journey and led her to train in sound healing in 2009, followed by crystal therapy and essential oil therapy in 2012. In 2016 she became a certified Energetic Deeksha Giver through the Oneness Academy. By 2018 she expanded her practice further with training in the LomiLomi Face Lift.

When the 2020 pandemic shutdown paused her hands-on work with clients, Katrina took the opportunity to deepen her own healing practice. She embraced shadow work, transmutation, and higher frequency energy practices, refining her ability to hold space for others while maintaining spiritual ethics and energetic boundaries.

A Mission to Guide Others in Transformation

Katrina’s work is not just about skincare. It is about teaching others how to transform and transmute energy rather than simply shield from it. She believes that as the world shifts into new vibrational frequencies, individuals are being called to heal, grow, and step into their power or risk being overwhelmed by the changes.

Her mission is to help others awaken their own healing abilities, providing them with the tools and understanding to transmute energy into light. Katrina holds a heightened state and space for those on their healing journey, guiding them toward self-discovery, empowerment, and alignment with their highest potential.
